The Service Provider is not responsible for the conduct of users, the outcome of ride arrangements, or any disputes, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from interactions between users inside or outside the Application.
The Application relies on information provided directly by users, including profile details, ride information, and communications. The Service Provider does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or authenticity of any information submitted by users.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate and up to date. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided by users.
The Service Provider retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain platform functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and ensure safety and security.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.
The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child without verified parental consent, such information will be promptly deleted. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information may contact appstudio.abid@gmail.com .
Users must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction to use the Application.
User information may be processed, stored, or transferred to servers located outside the user’s country of residence, including servers operated by third-party service providers such as Google Firebase.
